Type 8077 - Oval gear volume flow sensor for low volume flow rates
Type Description
This sensor is specifically designed for volume flow measurement or dosing and filling control for high-viscosity liquids such as adhesives, honey, or oil. This sensor allows easy connection to transmitters such as Types 8025, 8611, or 8619 if additional functionalities are required. The sensor for low volume flow operates according to the oval-gear measuring principle. This well-proven oval gear principle enables reliable and highly accurate measurements with high repeatability over a wide flow and viscosity range. Low pressure loss and high pressure resistance allow the device to be used in a variety of applications, even at low pressure conditions. All sensors feature a frequency output based on an open collector transistor (NPN) and a frequency output with a reed contact. A 1 m long 5-wire cable is integrated.
